Turner- Colton Cory Jarnagin was born on May 10, 1956 in Silverton, Oregon to Carl and Audrey (Howell) Jarnagin.  He would grow up in Silverton and would graduate from Silverton High School with the class of 1974.

Colton was a “die-hard” Oakland Raiders fan.  One day while watching the Raiders game at the Squeeze Inn, Michelle Griffith caught his eye.  The two started dating and would soon be married on June 10, 2000 in Silverton, Oregon.

Colton was a “good-hearted guy who had a good sense of humor.  In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf and softball, as well as woodworking.  Colton loved to build things and could fix just about anything.  He put his talents to good use by working most of his life as a finish carpenter for Blazer Industries or helping family and friends with their own projects. He was also a member of the Order of the Antelope of Hart Mountain and was always excited about going to their yearly meeting.

On June 28, 2020 Colton passed away in Turner, Oregon surrounded by family.  He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Audrey.  He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle; Children, Christie Nicole Darst, Ryan Griffith, Chelayna (Ryan Bender) Berkey-Bender, and Ethan Berkey; Grandchildren, Chloe, Emma, Zachary, Zoey and Jayce Little Bear; and Brothers, Clinton and Clayton.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later time.
