December 19, 1945 June 17, 2012 Scio, Oregon Donald Eugene Morris, 66, of  Scio died June 17, 2012 at home. He was born on December 19, 1945 in Walla Walla, Washington. He was a retired architect and enjoyed family, fishing, and the outdoors. He is survived by his wife, Lonnie of Scio, daughter, Christina Croft of Allenhurst, GA, son, Don Morris of Pittsburgh, CA, his mother Jacqueline of Scio, and sister Patricia Block of Antelope, CA. Six grandchildren and one great grandson. He is preceded in death by his father Don Morris and brothers Dennis and Douglas. Visitation will be at Weddle Funeral Services, Stayton, Friday June 22 from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday June 23 from 10-12 noon. Celebration of Life service to be held Saturday June 23, 2 p.m. at the Scio Christian Church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
