Donna Mae McMullen, was born Donna Gurske in Ashland WI the 4th of 6 children. She graduated from Ashland High in 1958. After High School she met and married Benette Alan Tyler of Cornucopia and together they had 6 children. Donna moved to Oregon in 1986 where she met John McMullen. They were together for 30 years, marrying in 2006 until his passing from Alzheimer's in 2016. Donna was an avid Packers fan, who cheered on every game with a particular love for Brett Favre. She was also a pool team captain in the Santiam Canyon pool league for many years until the wear and tear of chemo sidelined her, and even then she managed to show up on occasion to cheer them on. She was a lifelong crafter and loved to cook. But her family was her true joy. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was always a special time, filled with laughter and storytelling. But mostly Donna loved to live life. She was always finding interesting ways to spice up the party and she was the first in line when someone needed help.
