Dorothy Grace Peters February 4, 1924 December 18, 2017 Sublimity, Oregon Dorothy Grace Peters, 93, of Sublimity, Oregon passed away December 18, 2017. She was born February 4, 1924 in Silverton, Oregon to the late William and Emma Gatchet. She is the widow of Daniel F. Peters. Also widow of George D. Grant. She is a graduate of Silverton High School. She lived in La Mirada, CA where she worked in her family business. In 1964, she returned to Oregon and lived in the Gates and Mill City area where she owned Grants Café. She was an active member of the Santiam Canyon Assembly of God Church in Lyons, OR. She was a life member and enjoyed activities at Canyon Senior Center in Mill City, OR. She was preceded in death by seven siblings. Surviving her is daughter; Colleen Fitterling and son-in-law, Robin. Grandchildren; Ian Fitterling, Shawn Fitterling, and Allison Sahin. Great-grandchildren; Aydin and Emra Sahin. Private interment to take place at Bethany Cemetery in Silverton. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services.
