Kim Bruce Cornwell April 5, 1949 June 23, 2015 Mill City, Oregon Kim Bruce Cornwell, former Mill City resident, passed away on June 23rd at the home of his sister and brother-in law, Jerry and Bonnie Lomax in Mill City. He returned home after spending the last 31 years in Kodiak, Alaska where he worked as a carpenter and spent much of his spare time enjoying his collection of eagle figurines and pictures, fishing, and socializing with friends. Kim spent 11 years in Mill City raising his family. He always called Mill City home. Kim was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Juanita Cornwell, both of Mill City and his brother Mark Cornwell of Corona, California. Kim is survived by his daughters, Audra (DeWayne) Harkless of Astoria, Oregon; April (Donald) Stocks of Macdoel, California; and Heather (Bill) Kohlmeyer of Battle Mountain, Nevada; his grandchildren Zakkary Hernandez, Kymberly Bentley, Kaytlynn Stocks, Wesley Kohlmeyer, and Shae Harkless; his brothers Stephen (Leane) Cornwell of Mill City, Oregon and Kevin Cornwell of Garden Grove, California; and his sisters Marcia (Bennie) Graves of Scio, Oregon; Bonnie (Jerry) Lomax of Mill City, Oregon; Dee (Mike) Meadors of Corbin, Kentucky; and Rhonda (Chuck) Johnston of Garden Grove, California.
