Krystal Marie Hope

Krystal Marie Hope was born on January 13, 1987 in La Mesa, California to Holly Hope and Ronald Herburt. Crystal grew up in California and moved to Oregon in 2005 with her mother and siblings. Throughout her life, Krystal was a huge animal lover, she loved her cat Sabrina. The name for her cat made perfect sense because Krystal’s favorite holiday was Halloween. She had a smile that would light up any room and had an infection laugh that captivated her friends and family. She had many interests and hobbies such as baking, watching cooking shows and graphic design. Krystal was an expert video gamer and made many friends throughout the world on gaming platforms. But most of all Krystal loved spending time with her family. Krystal passed away unexpectedly at home on February 28, 2019 in Corvallis, Oregon. Her loss brings a significant void to her family. She was preceded in death by her father, grandmother and grandfather in addition to her puppy Lulu. Krystal is survived by her mother, Holly Hope; siblings Colleen (Arthur) Ross, Johnathan Hope, Makayla Hope in addition to 5 nephews and 2 nieces who she adored. The family would like to leave everyone with this quote from Winnie the Pooh, “I think we dream so we don’t have to be apart so long. If we’re in each other’s dreams we can be TOGETHER all the time”.
