Robert Matthew Blair

Jefferson- Robert Matthew Blair was born on August 12, 1995 in Dallas, Oregon to Sheryl Collis (Swigart) and Brian Blair Sr. Robert was the youngest of four brothers and one sister.  When Sheryl gave birth to Robert, she asked her oldest son Brian Jr., what he would like to name his brother.  Brian immediately said, “Robert Matthew”, and that was what he was named. Robert would grow up in Stayton and Turner where he would go on to graduate from High School.  He most recently worked for Bursell Drywall out of Albany, Oregon. In his spare time, Robert loved being outdoors and being with family. He enjoyed going to the beach, swimming, fishing, skate and snowboarding and four-wheeling.  He also enjoyed listening to music. On September 26th, 2020 Robert passed away in Jefferson, Oregon.  He was preceded in passing by his grandparents, Judy Swigart and Ilene Blair; Brother Jack Blair; and Nephew Lorne Nash IV;  He is survived by his parents, Sheryl (Jesse) Collis and Brian Blair Sr.; Siblings, Brian Blair Jr., Joshua (Sara) Blair, Jacob (Davena) Blair, and Ashley Blair; nieces and nephews, Abby, Lily, Sage and Jackson; grandparents, Randy and Cecilia Swigart and Jack Blair; and longtime girlfriend, Kayla Larson and her daughter Bella.
