Virginia T. Bidwell

February 4, 1921 April 27, 2013 Virginia Tierce Bidwell was born on February 4, 1921 in Paris, Arkansas.  She was the second youngest of eight children born to Joseph and Donnie Rebecca Tierce.  She moved to Oregon with her family during World War II.  Following the war, she married Zane Bidwell on June 21, 1946.    Together they had four children: Carolyn Toloff, Sandra Gordon, Deanna Bidwell and Zane Bidwell Jr.   After a lifetime of logging, Zane and Virginia settled in Jefferson, Oregon for the last 37 years of their married life.  Virginia is survived by her husband of 66 years; Zane Bidwell, their children; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.  Funeral Services: Friday, May 3, 2013  2:00 P.M. at Weddle Funeral Chapel, Stayton.  Burial will be following at Jefferson Cemetery.
