Vicki Lee Evans

Vicki Lee Evans, 54, passed away on November 1, 2019 in Albany, Oregon. Vicki was born on October 17, 1965 in Panorama City, California, to Richard and Elizabeth “Betsy” (Baker) Leland. When Vicki was quite young, her father passed away, leaving Elizabeth a single mother to her two young children. The family lived in California, and they have many fond memories of the trips that they took regularly to the beach. When Betsy would finish work, she would take the kids to play at the beach and to watch the sunset.Vicki attended Del Norte High School in Crescent City. After High School, she worked in many customer service positions. She was a natural when it came to her work, as she enjoyed being around people and was friendly and outgoing. Vicki loved dogs, the great outdoors, cooking and going out to eat with her mom. She had a great sense of humor and was fun to be around. She loved her family, and she took wonderful care of her children, and her nephew Nicholas and niece Bethany. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Vicki was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband Walid Salama Zayed Bani Sahker; sons, Aaron Evans and Jered Caywood; her mother, Betsy Baker; brother, Kenny Maxwell Baker; step sisters, Cindy Baker and Jayne Pilarski; grandchildren, Anthony James Evans and Lillyahnna Michelle Evans; as well as her beloved nieces and nephews.
