Yvonne Amelia Boline

Yvonne passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 at the age of 94. She was the 8th of 9 children born to Louis A. and Mary J. (Schwab) LeDoux in Mt. Angel, Oregon. After graduation, she resided for a short time in Shafter, California before returning to Salem, OR, and was employed at Keith Brown Lumber, working there until her retirement in 2000.  Yvonne met Dwayne at the Crystal Garden Dance Hall in Salem, OR after his discharge from the Army (Korea). They were married January 24, 1948 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mt. Angel, OR, then resided in Salem where they raised their three children together. She enjoyed reading, travels in Oregon, decorating cakes, sewing, knitting and crocheting. Since she was born on her oldest sister, Mary Lou's 9th Birthday, they shared a closeness through the years; got together often, and had fun talking and crafting toys or other objects that Mary Lou dreamed up. Yvonne is survived by her three children; Kevin (Debra), Keith (Cecilia), Karen (Steve); three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, Richard LeDoux (Peggy); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, who loved her and will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwayne of 63 years; her parents; her five brothers and two sisters. At her request, there will be a private graveside service and interment.
