Ada Leslie Steinborn, born on October 27, 1964, in Stayton, Oregon, to Harry and Charlene (Manasco) Rand, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2024. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Ada’s life was marked by unwavering love and dedication to her family. On December 21, 1985, she married Dennis Steinborn in Brownsville, Oregon, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

As a homemaker, Ada poured her heart into creating a warm and nurturing home for her family. She also found time to give back to her community. Volunteering at local thrift shops and food banks, Ada exemplified compassion and selflessness. Her kindness knew no bounds, and she would lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Ada’s faith was a cornerstone of her life. She held a deep belief in Jehovah God and found solace in reading the Bible. Her unwavering trust in her faith sustained her through life’s challenges.

An animal lover at heart, Ada maintained a hobby farm for years. Cats, dogs, turkeys, chickens, donkeys, goats, horses, and cows—all found a place in her heart. She reveled in the simple joys of tending to her animals and nurturing her extensive rock garden.

Ada’s legacy lives on through her children: Bobby Rand, Karen Steinborn, and Amber Steinborn. Her grandchildren—James Whitmore, Gracie Rand, Mary Rand, Landon Phinney, Brooklyn Phinney, Daisy Devlin, and Violet Devlin—will forever cherish the love and wisdom she shared with them.

In addition to her immediate family, Ada is survived by her siblings: Connie Rand, Lonna Rand, Terry Rand, Amber Roylance, and Damon Rand. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Bonnie.

Ada Steinborn’s memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her kindness, faith, and love continue to inspire us all. May she rest in peace.
