Belinda Brown, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2025, at the age of 69.

Born on February 10, 1956, to William Sneed Sr. and Willie Sneed, Belinda was raised in a loving home alongside her siblings, William Sneed and Loretta Mandarino. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, whose memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

A proud graduate of South Albany High School, Class of 1974, Belinda made Lebanon, Oregon her home for the past 50 years. Her work as a home health aide reflected her nurturing spirit and deep compassion—qualities that endeared her to all who knew her.

Belinda was widowed by the love of her life, Mark Baker, and she carried his memory with her always. Together, they built a strong and loving family. She is survived by her devoted children: Mark Sloan, Edward Sloan, Jeremy Brown, Angela Zambrano, Dale Brown, and Rick Brown. Her legacy continues through her many grandchildren—Riley, Elijah, Dylan, Jeydan, Zak, Rozyln, Anthony, Kamron, Aryana, Eddie, David, Nick, and Darrin—as well as her cherished great-grandchildren: Markus, William, and Alexander.

A woman of quiet strength and unwavering love, Belinda found joy in life’s simple pleasures—reading books, delving into genealogy, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Her warmth, wisdom, and unconditional love will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
