Turner- Carlos Hernandez was born on November 1, 1948 in Ogallala, Nebraska and moved to the Willamette Valley with his family in 1961. A US Navy Veteran. He was born with the spirit of adventure and loved the great outdoors, especially mountain climbing and canoeing. He also enjoyed riding Harleys and Loved RV’ing. He retired from the Oregon Department of Transportation. He had a great life with his wife of 46 years, Anne and son, Steve.
