Eal "Jay" Fletcher was born November 14, 1959, in Pacifica, California, to Kent Kevin and Sophie Evelyn (Branson) Fletcher. Jay spent most of his life in California and worked as a carpenter. He passed away in Albany, Oregon, on May 6, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. He is survived by two sisters and their families.
