Frank and Marie Dimich, a devoted couple who shared 43 years of marriage, passed away just 12 days apart. Their lives were deeply connected — built on love, respect, and the kind of quiet, everyday moments that become the foundation of a beautiful life together.

Frank was known for his strong work ethic and unwavering love for his family. He worked at Frank Lumber for nearly 40 years — a place where he poured not just his time and energy, but his loyalty and dedication. He showed his love through a lifetime of showing up — day in and day out — for his family and for those who depended on him.

Marie worked at various places throughout the community over the years, always bringing her kindness and energy with her. Most recently, she worked at Mill City Market (Hilltop), where she formed many lasting friendships. Marie had a gift for making people feel welcome — whether they were a customer, a co-worker, or someone in need of a smile. She truly cared for those around her, and that care came through in everything she did.

Together, Frank and Marie built a life centered around family, faith, and the kind of love that deepens over time. In their 43 years together, they raised three daughters — Heather (Heath), Aleashia (Jesse), and Michelle (Devan) — who were the pride and joy of their lives. They were loving, supportive parents who made family their top priority.

Frank and Marie were also proud grandparents to Anthony, Aaliyah, and Andrew. Their grandchildren brought them endless joy, and they took great pride in being part of their lives.

They are preceded in death by their parents, as well as Frank’s sister Debbie and Marie’s brother Kevin. The thought of them reunited brings comfort to those who loved them.

They leave behind a family who adored them, and who will carry on their legacy of love, kindness, and quiet strength.

A joint memorial service to celebrate their lives will be held on Friday, July 19th at 11:00 a.m. at The Gates Community Church of Christ. All who knew and loved Frank and Marie are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Legion Riders Post 58 Stayton, OR or The Gates Community Church of Christ, in honor of Frank and Marie.

Frank and Marie were deeply loved — and though their absence is felt every day, the love they gave continues in the hearts of those they leave behind.
