Jerry Leon Kimery

JERRY LEON KIMERY Sept. 22, 1950 – July 8, 2012 Lyons, Oregon Jerry Leon Kimery, age 61, of Lyons, passed away at his home in Lyons.  He was born Sept. 22, 1950 and lived most of his life in Lyons.  He served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era and had worked for many years for Freres Lumber Company.  He was married to Rhonda Meader, April 15, 1990 in Portland, Oregon, she preceded him in death on Oct. 16, 2004.  He was also preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Celina Kimery and his brother, Jack Kimery.  He enjoyed hunting.  He is survived by his daughter, McKenzie of Lyons; grandson, James Harris Jr. and nephew, Aaron Kimery. Graveside memorial with military honors will be held Sat. July 14th at 11:00 am at the Fairview Cemetery in Mill City. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services Stayton, OR.
