Juan M. Hernandez

Juan was born in Stayton, Oregon to Narciso and Josephine Hernandez on September 17, 1976 and passed away in Grants Pass, Oregon on August 3, 2013.  Juan was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, nephew, cousin, and a great friend.  He enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler and being with family and friends.  He is survived by his parents, Narciso and Josephine Hernandez, sisters Monica (Bryan), Diane, children Tyson, Joslyn and EJ, also 3 nieces and 4 nephews.  He will be greatly missed!
