The family asks that their privacy be respected during this time and that no one show up unannounced at the family home. Otmar leaves a wife, Carolyn, 2 sons and 1 daughter, 7 granchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He left his mark in the area as a building contractor for the past 50 years. In recent times, he has enjoyed cribbage tournaments and playing poker with his friends. At his request, there will be no services, but the family will plan a celebration of his life at a later date.
