Pamela Faye Neal

Pamela Fay Neal was born January 22, 1946 in Oregon City, Oregon to David and Pearl (Watson) Holbrook. She grew up in the Portland area with three brothers and two sisters. Pam graduated from Franklin High School in 1964. Pam was a homemaker as well as a beautician. She also worked for Portland Metro Recycling and as a Clark County Alarms specialist. Her hobbies included gardening, arts and crafts. She loved the holidays and always made a big deal of family celebrations. Pam also loved traveling. Pamela married William “Bill” Neal in Vancouver, Washington, on August 28, 1999. They were married until Pam passed away on February 22, 2019, at the age of 73. Pam was preceded in death by her father and brother Rodney. She is survived by her husband Bill; Mother; siblings Mike, Greg, Patricia, and Judy; children Patrick Patterson and Christopher Patterson; step children Todd Briggs and Jason Briggs; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Saturday June 1st, 2019 at Eagle Fern Park (Shelter #1) from 2pm-5pm.
