Richard Ithiel Laing born Feb. 29th, 1940 in Los Angeles California passed away on August 21st 2018 in Eugene, Oregon. Richard was a homeless Navy Veteran who has now found peace and Gone Home. The public is welcome to sign Mr. Laing's guestbook from September 3rd to September 5th in the Lobby of Weddle Funeral Service, anytime 9 AM to 5 PM. Burial at Willamette National Cemetery to follow service on September 6th.
