Shirley Owens was born on February 25, 1947 to William and Florence Owens in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Long time resident of Lyons, OR she passed away on May 11th 2018 at Marion Estates. She was preceded in death by her husband Dale and is survived by her son Dale, and Sisters Linda and Kim.
