Stephanie Lee Hall Barnes

Stephanie “Stevie” Hall-Barnes, a devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away on February 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was 78 years old.

Stevie was born in 1947, in Seattle, WA, to Shirley and Frank Raggio. She grew up in a loving, multi-generational home in Issaquah, Wa, where she graduated from Issaquah High School in 1965.

At the age of 25, Stevie moved to Milwaukie, Oregon. It was there she met and married John Hall Sr. Their time together was memorable, and his passing a few years later left a lasting imprint on her life. In time, Stevie found love and companionship again with Rick Barnes, with whom she shared many devoted years.

Stevie found joy in traveling with Rick, visiting family and friends across the country, and selling their wares at swap meets and shows around the Pacific Northwest. She was always ready to meet new people and make new friends wherever they went. She was a lifelong, die-hard Seattle Seahawks fan and let everyone know it.

Stevie is survived by her husband, Rick Barnes, 2 children, 6 step-children, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, her twin brothers, Mitchell (Mick) and Micheal, and her beloved dog, Fritz.

Stevie lived a life filled with love, generosity, and joy. Her legacy lives on in the family she adored, the friendships she helped cultivate, and the countless memories she created with those she loved.

She will be remembered for her outgoing personality, her bold and unique style, her infectious laugh, and her fierce loyalty to those close to her.
