Stephen Fedorko

Stephen Fedorko January 8, 1929 April 3, 2017 Stephen, 88, Sunriver, OR, was born January 8, 1929, to Metro and Eva in Cresson, PA, the 11th of 12 children. He passed away on April 3, 2017, in Sunriver, OR. He attended Shade Township schools in Cairnbrook, PA and following in his father’s footsteps, mined coal. He met his loving wife of 60 years, Mary Ann (Delasko), of Central City, PA, who preceded him in death in 2011. While living in Cleveland, OH and Tucson, AZ, Stephen enjoyed a thirty-year career with American Airlines. He spent his retired years in Salem and Stayton, OR. He was an accomplished wood carver, accordion player, and guitarist as well as a fiddle player with the Oregon Old Time Fiddler’s Association. Stephen is survived by his sons, William (Dianna) of Jefferson, OR; Stephen of Medford, OR; Mark (Rosandra) of Silverdale, WA; daughter, Stephanie (Scott) Hartung of Sunriver, OR; grandchildren, Melissa, Kimberly (Jed) Tate, Matthew, Cameron, Laura and Julie; step-grandchildren, Brandy (Joey) Hill and Kelly Seeley; step-great-grandchildren, Lindsay, Kaeli and Leah Hill; and great-grandchildren, Zaydree and Wyatt. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 8th at 11:00, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Sublimity, OR, followed by burial at the church cemetery. Stephen was very proud of all of his children and grandchildren and loved them dearly. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services, Stayton, OR.
