Steve passed away December 11, 2018. Steve was born in Salem on August 26, 1947 to his parents Richard and Phyllis Espey, he was 71. Steve had a difficult adult life due to illness, but he loved his family and friends. Steve had a special spot in his heart for all animals. He is survived by his brother Richard of Meridian, Idaho. Steve was preceded in death by his father, mother, and his sister Claudine. A graveside service will be held at 1pm, Tues. January 8, 2018 at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
