Tracy Scott Donley

Tracy Scott Donley, age 63, passed away on May 15, 2026. He was born on March 21, 1963, in Salem, Oregon, to Wayne and Boots Donley.

Tracy spent much of his life in the Salem area, where he built lasting friendships and touched the lives of many through his kindness, humor, and hardworking spirit. He worked as a cook at Marion Estates in Sublimity, Oregon, where he was known for his dedication and the care he put into his work.

Tracy was married to the late Pam Donley in Salem, Oregon. Together they shared many years and created lasting memories. He cherished his family deeply and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren, Adam and Raylyn Donley, who brought him great pride and happiness.

He had a lifelong love of sports and enjoyed following nearly every kind of game and team. Whether watching sports with friends and family or sharing stories and opinions, his enthusiasm was always evident.

Tracy is survived by his grandchildren, Adam and Raylyn Donley; his siblings, Kathy Donley and Vicky Lanthrop; and many extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pam Donley, and his parents, Wayne and Boots Donley.

Tracy will be remembered for his warm heart, his love for family, and the many memories he created with those who knew him. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.
