Vicki D. Norton

In the early morning of April 9, 2025, Vicki D. Norton passed away at the age of 66 in Albany, Oregon. Vicki was born in Pomona, California on November 18, 1958 to parents, Melvin and Shirley Williams. She was the second oldest of four girls. She graduated from Rim of the World High School in 1976 and was married shortly after to Bryan Norton for 30 years. Vicki is survived by her three children, Jennifer Cole, Bryan Norton II, Troy Norton and her six grandchildren. Vicki was a loving, compassionate mother who was extremely proud of her children and grandchildren. Her presence was as comforting as her smile - always making others feel seen, valued, and welcomed. She could start a conversation with anyone and say something witty to make everyone laugh. She was the embodiment of selflessness, always putting others before herself, even at her own expense. She now rests in the presence of God, reunited with the eternal love she carried in her heart all her life.You are dearly missed, Ms. Beautiful Vicki Norton.
