How Does it Work?
Ordering Living Stones is simple and easy...
1) Place Your Order
Choose your Living Stone quantity and place your order.
2) Ashes Shipped to Studio
You receive an easy-to-use collection kit with a prepaid express shipping label to send a small amount of ashes directly to the U.S. production studio.
3) Living Stones Produced & Delivered
Within 45 days after receiving the ashes, the custom stones will be produced, carefully packaged, and shipped back using express shipping.

Living Stones are only offered in keepsake quantities and use a small portion of the ashes and varies depending on the number of stones ordered. We provide an easy-to-use collection kit with a container and scooper to make it easy to send a loved one's remains to the studio.
How do you get the ashes?
Upon ordering, we ship out a collection kit that is specific to the number of stones ordered. Simply fill the secure collection container and use the prepaid express envelope included in the collection kit to expedite the ashes to us.
Is shipping included in the cost of the stones?
Yes, the cost of the Living Stones and shipping paid at time of sale includes shipping of the collection kit to you (with the shipping method you choose at checkout), express shipping the ashes to our studio, and express shipping the finished stones back to you!
